半年で10kgやせるための2つの原則 -> 今日の体重

「半年で10kgやせる」目標を立てたのが99年1月の10日前後。運動を開始したのが1月13日、体重を日記で発表したときには72.0kgでしたが、もうそのときには歩くことが習慣になっていたので、あとは日課を繰り返すだけで、5ヵ月足らずで10kgやせることができました。
